The experience at the shop was very good the ladies were very friendly. Even though the boots didn’t fit because of the cut was too small for my feet. But at least they helped me then I choose another shoe which is I love it so much.❤️ and I guess it was a good thing to collect at the shop, I had options.

i went to the shop closer to shop closing time for my shoes collection, but the staff were marvellous. they allowed me to have my collection. in any case i have been doing my shopping almost every 2 months, i love it. So much help and support at pick up and showing the full range of products it was only a potty I wore these shoes ( one of three I bought ) first day- and the chain was loose so easily unbuckles / gets undone . Love the shoes otherwise ! 👍🏼
