Online Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason (other than if it is defective) and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are satisfied:
• You have a valid proof of purchase, i.e. the original till slip • The goods are in original selling condition, i.e. are unworn and unused • The goods are in their original undamaged packaging
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN OPTIONS:
You may return the goods FREE of any handling charges to any DC.ONE store for an exchange, provided that the above conditions are satisfied.
NO refunds will be processed in store. You may leave your goods in store with your Order number and banking details and an EFT will be made to your account provided that the return conditions are satisfied. Note that an EFT may take up to 7 working days to reflect on your account.
2. Collection by Courier
Send an email to email@example.com with a copy of your proof of purchase and advise as to which product you would like to return / exchange
Upon approval, a courier collection will be arranged.
Please ensure the above return conditions are satisfied, and the goods are packaged in the original shipping carton for protection. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are properly packaged to avoid damage during transport. Any damage will result in us being unable to accept the return.
Please note that we will cover the cost of all courier fees for returns.
Refunds will only be processed upon receipt and inspection of the product to ensure the return conditions above are satisfied.
Any refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the original sales tender type.

So much help and support at pick up and showing the full range of products it was only a potty I wore these shoes ( one of three I bought ) first day- and the chain was loose so easily unbuckles / gets undone . Love the shoes otherwise !
I waited ages for my order to be processed even though I was picking the boots up myself. After trying to contact DC one for a while eventually the receptionist helped me and solved the problem for me even though I was irritated she was very pleasant and well mannered. When I got to the store I waited a while before they brought out my boots but staff was very friendly. I think it was just a bad timing for things to go wrong as I needed the boots urgently but I will still use DC one in the future.
Upon my pick up, the staff was friendly and they actioned my order within a few minutes. I would definitely be buying again.

i went to the shop closer to shop closing time for my shoes collection, but the staff were marvellous. they allowed me to have my collection. in any case i have been doing my shopping almost every 2 months, i love it.

I chose collection from the Marboro Store and it was a nightmare, The store experience itself was quite pleasant, however the security guard was something else. Let me mention that I am a regular customer at the Marlboro branch but no pair of shoes is worth the hassle.
I collected my package within 5 Minutes and the gentleman who assisted me told me to just mention to the security guard that I was just there for collection, The security saw me put my box into the boot of my car, so he was aware that I collected something, When i approached the gate, he said to me he needs to check my package, and needs the receipt. I said to him its in the boot of my car, I have 10 minutes left of my lunch break, I don't have any receipt and he can just go check with the store clerk because I was literally in and our in 5 minutes. He immediately proceeded to walk to the back of my car and open my boot without my permission and then shouts to me to open my boot. So I said to him if my vehicle is switched on then it will not open, he proceeds to tell me to switch of my vehicle so that he can check my package. Then another vehicle arrived for which he went to assist and left me to wait for him. I was quite upset so I drove off.
This is not the first time, it has happened so many times. I will have to switch of my car while the front gate is open and we are exposed for him to go searching through my vehicle!! All for a pair of shoes!!
I don't even see the point I have seen people make purchases and then to avoid the hassle, just tell the security that you didn't buy anything and they go free. Please just have a security at the door like all other stores. My handbag and the stuff I buy must literally be on the seats for the security to inspect or we cannot leave the premises.
